April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month.
Every 30 minutes a child in the state of Georgia becomes a victim of child abuse.
TODAY 48 children WILL become a victim.
Kids Restart has partnered with Prevent Child Abuse-Greater Augusta
to help bring an end to these horrible statistics.
In 2021, Kids Restart provided services to a total of 350 abused and neglected children to help them live
in healthier and safer homes.
If you suspect child abuse or neglect in the state of Georgia, please call the
Georgia Department of Family and Children Services at 1-855-GA-CHILD.
They are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
